I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 11 years of post-Master's experience working with adolescents and adults. I am also a Certified Trauma Professional. I currently work with ages 12+ on issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, life transitions, and trauma recovery. I offer telehealth services upon request. From everyday struggles to recovering from trauma, there are tools and skills I can help arm you with so that you aren't going into life's struggles empty-handed. I believe that you innately posses the answers you are seeking within you. Unfortunately, they are often clouded by stress, trauma, and others’ expectations.
