Support for teens and young adults who are ready for life to feel different
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of post-Master’s experience. I help adolescents and young adults ages 11 and up work through anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, and the everyday stress that can make life feel heavier than it should.
My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where teens and adults can freely express their fears, frustrations, and whatever else they may be carrying. Rather than telling teens what to do (which we all know doesn’t work!), I partner with them to uncover the right strategies to help them get where they want to be.
My approach is friendly and relational, with some laughs along the way. It’s also client-centered, evidence-based, and flexible. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, and other therapeutic frameworks, tailoring each session to the person in front of me rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
I believe the answers clients are looking for are often already within them. My job is to help clear away the noise—stress, trauma, fear, pressure, and expectations—so they can hear themselves again.
I offer in-person sessions in Pensacola, with telehealth available upon request. Contact me for a free consultation to see if working together feels like the right next step.
